Eutelsat Soars Into Boeing Business Jet Connectivity With ALOFT Deal

Eutelsat has secured a significant deal to provide high-speed internet connectivity for passengers on private Boeing Business Jets (BBJ) operated by ALOFT AeroArchitects. This agreement marks a major win for Eutelsat in the competitive arena of in-flight connectivity.

ALOFT, known for its luxurious BBJ experiences, selected Eutelsat's OneWeb service to deliver broadband speeds and low-latency internet access. This will allow passengers to stay connected, work productively, stream content, and enjoy unparalleled entertainment throughout their flights.

"Our BBJ customers expect their aircraft to be an extension of their homes and offices, and that now includes seamless connectivity," said Colby Hall, Director of Integrated Technology at ALOFT. "Thanks to Eutelsat OneWeb's technology, our VIP clients can stay connected and productive like never before."

Eutelsat's OneWeb service leverages a constellation of Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites to provide broader coverage and faster connection speeds compared to traditional geostationary satellites. This collaboration will equip ALOFT's BBJ fleet with cutting-edge terminals from Stellar Blu Technologies, further enhancing the passenger experience.

Eutelsat's win with ALOFT highlights the growing demand for high-quality internet access on private jets. This deal strengthens Eutelsat's position as a major player in the aviation connectivity market, offering innovative solutions for business and leisure travelers alike.
